At the moment, Cash App can only be used to send and receive money only within the country you live in, and the app is only available in the United States and UK.
Users can withdraw money at ATMs in the States, however, if you try to make a payment on your card outside the USA in a foreign country, your transaction will fail.

On April 3, 2018, Cash App became available in the United Kingdom.
So, Cash App users in the UK can set up accounts and link their bank accounts to the app to seamlessly transfer money (without a fee) to other users.
You can send and even request Cash App payments with friends and family located in the UK.
So, if you send a payment outside the US to the UK, Cash App will then convert the payment from USD to GBP based on the mid-market exchange rate and your recipient in the UK will receive the funds in GBP.
As usual, there are no fees to send or request payments with friends living in the UK.
